With over a decade of experience working with teams, Plamen is a passionate facilitator and speaker dedicated to fostering collaboration.

How it All Started
It all began at Copenhagen Business School with a degree in Organizational Innovation and Entrepreneurship. A following job working as an assistant facilitator at entrepreneurship bootcamp Exosphere in 2014, helped him understand the creativity and problem solving involved in teamwork.

First Entrepreneurial Steps
Returning to Copenhagen, Plamen channeled his entrepreneurial drive into founding Vegan Culinaria in 2017, a platform for culinary workshops and storytelling events.

Time to Change
When the pandemic reshaped the business landscape, Plamen pivoted by joining TechBBQ in 2021. For two consecutive years, he worked on curating programs for Scandinavia's largest tech summit..

Public Speaking Sparkle
His passion for public speaking led him to Toastmasters in 2023, where he quickly became Vice President of Education at one of Copenhagen’s clubs. This role deepened his expertise in leadership, communication, and team-building.

Coming to the Unity Part 
In 2024, Plamen launched Come Unity, a business dedicated to helping companies transform groups of individuals into high-performing, well-connected teams. Through hands-on workshops, interactive storytelling, and facilitation techniques, he enables organisations to strengthen collaboration, enhance communication, and drive organic change.
